At Pokémon, I understood the critical role that effective communication plays in fostering a thriving and cohesive work environment. As we continued to grow and evolve as a global company, we were committed to enhancing our internal communications messaging, email campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and talent development programs for our valued employees.
